location

I sent an email to the Malvern council asking them for their permission do use the Malvern link train station. They then replied asking me to contact another person who was in charge of the trains at the location. They also sent me a link with all the rules and regulations that i had to abide by. When reading these i noticed i was not allowed any time of lighting. Realizing this i think it would be difficult to film at night time without a small amount of lighting to make it visible to the audience. As i got further down the email i also noticed that they would expect a pay for me to film there of £1000. I then decided if they wanted me to pay it would be better for me to go else where as i do not have that kind of money. Therefore i need to decide on a new idea very soon as my filming deadline is approaching fast.
